Importance Of An integrated Follow Up System In Your Credit Repair ...

One of the many complaints that we hear from credit repair business owners has to do with the dispute center and the lack of automatization. When you are working with such a system the goal is to make all the tasks as automated as possible. Imagine having to personally write dispute letters for hundreds of clients at a time. Not only will that be time consuming but it will eventually cost the company money. Once those dispute letters have been submitted it is time to wait. Wait until there is a response. These responses from the creditors might take up to 90 days, and sometimes ever longer. So how do you keep track on when to follow up with each of these disputes?

Do you make a physical post-it note and stick it to your desk? Or perhaps you put that information in the calendar of your cell phone?

The above methods might be okay, if you are building a business to withstand just 10 customers. So we are going to assume that that isn’t the case. Your goal is to serve as many people as you can with your service, and the best kind of follow up system that you can use is one that is already integrated inside of a Credit Repair Software.

When you print out a dispute letter, within an integrated follow up system, the follow up date is automatically set for you. So for example lets say that you printed 50 dispute letters for 50 different customers. These dispute letters are going to be mailed out to different creditors. After you send out the letters it is just a waiting game, waiting for these creditors to reply back to your inquire. At times, these creditors take too long to reply back, so you need to have a date set as a follow up.

Once you print out these dispute letters, the system will automatically post a follow up date. You have full control over how many days out this follow up is going to be. It can range from 30-90 days, its up to you. So once these letters print, the clients follow up date is updated, and you have to do nothing else. Now imagine if you weren’t working with a integrated follow up system as described. All of this will have to be done manually. And if you are a large company with a large volume of customers, there is the likely hood that you might forget to update the follow up date.

So lets say that you forget to update the follow up date of a client whose dispute letter is never answered. A few months later, the client calls you to find out what the matter was. And since you didn’t have a integrated follow up system, you forgot to add the follow up date and you eventually forgot about this client’s follow up. It isn’t going to look too good for your company.
