Airvoice Wireless Selects Vintalk's VoIP Platform
International Long-Distance (ILD) calling plans, Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), Airvoice Wireless has partnered with Vintalk, a global provider of wholesale, business and consumer IP communication solutions.
Vincall is a prepaid international long-distance service that can be used from a cell phone, home or business phone. It has all the convenience of a cheap international calling plan without the inconvenience and gimmicks of prepaid calling cards, the company claims.
To support the termination of Airvoice’s ILD traffic, Vintalk will provide the underlying infrastructure under the terms of the agreement. Airvoice will enjoy reduced transport costs, a significant increase in back office productivity, high network reliability, and quality of service by leveraging Vintalk’s Voice over internet Protocol (VoIP) platform. This partnership is also great for Airvoice’s current and future merchants. Merchants now get yet another revenue stream with the ILD plans, the company stated in a press release .
“Airvoice Wireless is excited to partner with Vintalk to offer low-rate international dialing services. We are confident that these plans will not only be attractive to current wireless service subscribers, but also appeal to any telephone user who places international calls,” said Wally Dickow, Vice President, Airvoice in a press release.
All new Airvoice customers will receive $5.00 of free international calling just to try out the service, in addition to reduced ILD rates and increased quality.
